What You'll Do

Recruit CDL drivers and office personnel across multiple GH Logistics locations Source candidates through Indeed, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels Conduct phone screens and interviews Make high-volume outbound recruiting calls daily Schedule interviews and road tests Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process Maintain an organized recruiting pipeline and ATS Partner with operations leaders to meet hiring goals Complete Day 7 retention calls to improve first-week driver retention Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding What Success Looks Like Recruiters are evaluated on: Monthly retained hires Daily outbound call activity Pipeline management Candidate follow-up Interview scheduling Hiring quality Driver retention Organization and accountability We're looking for someone who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and consistently delivers results.

Compensation

$48,000 per year + Performance-Based Monthly Commission (Up to $72,000 Annual Earnings) Qualifications.
