Research Assistant

Responsibilities

Assist in designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative research methodologies for client projects Support the development of research instruments, including questionnaires, interview guides, and data collection templates Collect, clean, organize, and analyze research data using appropriate tools and software (e.

g., Excel, SPSS, NVivo, or similar) Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and source credible secondary data from academic, governmental, and industry databases Help draft research reports, executive summaries, presentations, and other project deliverables Coordinate fieldwork logistics, including stakeholder outreach, scheduling interviews, and managing participant communications Ensure all research data and findings are handled with strict confidentiality and proper documentation Contribute to data interpretation and the generation of actionable insights that inform client recommendations Maintain organized digital and physical project files, databases, and record-keeping systems Provide administrative and operational support to the research team to ensure seamless project delivery Stay current on emerging trends in research methodologies, industry developments, and relevant policy changes Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
