Beverage Industry - Refrigeration Technician

The Refrigeration Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration and HVAC systems to ensure safe, efficient operation. This role performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots equipment issues, recommends system improvements, and maintains required certifications and facility permits.

The technician will also assist with employee training as needed and communicate effectively with facility management, vendors, and team members. Proficiency in diagnostic equipment and the safe use of hand and power tools is required.
