Associate

As an Associate in our Back Office department, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our company's reputation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, offering timely and accurate information about our products and services. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Document and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate teams. Stay updated with product knowledge and company procedures. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and customer service enhancement. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred. Familiarity with basic office software and tools. A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service.
