Senior Engineer

🔹 Job Profile Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive Telecom and IVR Engineer to support, develop, and troubleshoot IVR solutions and Call Center telephony infrastructure. The candidate will work closely with development, support, and client teams to ensure seamless operation of IVR applications and telecom systems.

Technical Skills Required Programming experience in Java or Python and GEN AI knowledge Soap and REST APIs development experience Hands-on knowledge of Voice XML (VXML) and IVR call flows Familiarity with call Center PBX systems Experience in end-to-end IVR flow testing Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues Working experience with Genesys PBX is an added advantage BTECH / BE / BCA / MCA
