1. Climate and weather data analysis.

1. Computation of different types of climatic indices.

1. Development of agro-meteorological products.

1. Climatic hazards (e.g., drought and flood) vulnerability assessment for the agricultural, livestock, and water resource sectors.

1. Development of drought early warning system.

1. Crop yield damage assessment using statistical modeling technique.

1. Crop growth modeling based forecast using crop simulation modeling technique.

1. Would have strong analytical skill set and have ability to independently handle all statistical analysis.
2. Knowledge of GIS for mapping is desirable. Soft Skills:

1. Proactive with can-do-attitude.

1. Would have strong team player.

Requirements

M.Sc. or Ph.D in Agricultural meteorology or Meteorology or Climate change.
