Assistant Manager, Group Store Visual Presentation

About the Job

We're looking for an Assistant Manager, Group Store Visual Presentation to support the development and production of visual merchandising (VM) tools, fixtures, and in-store display materials. The role works closely with design teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely execution of VM solutions across our store network.

Key Responsibilities

Support the creation of prototypes and samples for new VM tools, fixtures, and in-store display materials. Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and production documents. Work closely with production houses, fabricators, and suppliers to follow up on sampling, quality, and timelines. Assist in managing multiple production projects and ensure on-time delivery for store rollouts and campaigns.

Conduct quality checks for prototypes and final production items. Provide 3D visualizations and design files using Sketch. Up, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other 3D rendering tools. Research materials and production methods to ensure quality, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Visual Merchandising, Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in VM production, retail fixtures, or design-related roles. Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, supplier network, and hands-on prototyping. Proficient in design software and tools, such as Sketch.

Up, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and 3D rendering software. Strong communication, organization, reporting, and vendor coordination skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience in retail, jewelry, or luxury industries preferred.

Familiarity with large-scale production or regional rollouts preferred.
