• Office Equipment Available: Full urology procedural capabilities

• Support Staff Available: Established physician group with mentorship support

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

• Licenses: Eligible for IN license
• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• DEA: Required
• Other Qualifications: Ability to work in collaborative group practice DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide inpatient and outpatient urology care
• Perform urologic procedures and surgeries
• Participate in call rotation
• Build and develop a personalized practice
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
