Service Advisor

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Mankato team. If you enjoy working with customers, coordinating repairs, and keeping a busy service department running smoothly, this could be the opportunity for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers. Open, manage, and close repair orders accurately and efficiently. Communicate repair estimates, timelines, and updates to customers. Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and service management to keep repairs moving. Schedule service appointments and manage equipment intake.

Monitor repair progress and help resolve delays. Ensure work orders are accurate and complete before invoicing. Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in a dealership, service department, or customer service environment preferred. Background in equipment, automotive, agricultural, or related industries is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of repair processes preferred.
