General Maintenance Technician (Engineer Level)

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment. Inspect, calibrate, and repair mixers, conveyors, silos, crushers, pumps, burners, and grinding machines. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Maintain logs, spare parts inventory, and report downtime causes.

Enforce safety standards in handling heavy machinery and bitumen/asphalt systems. Coordinate with operators, production teams, and contractors to minimize downtime. Job Qualifications: At least Technical-Vocational Certificate (NC II or higher) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment (e.

g., mixers, grinders, decanters) Knowledge in basic electrical systems, circuits, and control troubleshooting Experience in using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic meters, and equipment manuals At least 2 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial setting Physically fit, able to lift tools and equipment as needed, and willing to travel for off-site repair work Must be willing to report onsite from Monday to Saturday at 3M Warehouse in Marilao, Bulacan.
