Administrator: Customer Trainer

Business unit, Department, Reporting Business unit Ms Connectivity Department Technology Services Job grade/level OP1 Core Description Provide efficient and effective training to customers in the use of a range of Telkom systems, products and services. Provide customer care and support to ensure customer retention and satisfaction in accordance with world class standards Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Proactively interface with other service organizations to ensure timely problem resolution execution of outstanding customer requests.

Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including logistics, and travelling to client site. Manage the training calendar to align with company goals. Maintain accurate training records and prepare materials. Handle training-related inquiries and provide support. Prepare reports on training outcomes. Communicate training schedules to management.

Ensure BCX product retention. Market BCX products to customers. OR At least four (4) years of working experience in training coordination or administrative roles, preferably in an IT Environment. Certifications Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control Level of Engagement
