Director, Guest Experience and Volunteer Programs

With the Vice President, HR, Organizational Culture, help lead Colonial Williamsburg's enterprise-wide guest experience and volunteer program strategies and service excellence framework. The Director, Guest Experience and Volunteer Programs ensures that the guest experience consistently reflects Colonial Williamsburg's Common Purpose (mission), Service Standards, Service Behaviors, and Leader Behaviors (Leader Basics).

The role establishes enterprise expectations, measurement systems, and improvement practices that support operating leaders without replacing their responsibility for day-to-day service delivery.
