Dishwashers

Reports to: Executive Chef Supervises: No supervisory duties are included in this position. Education, Certification and Experience High School diploma or GED. Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations Assembling, operating, maintaining and breaking down the dish machine. Trash removal to dumpster area. Washing work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors.

Assists in prep work and plate up when needed. Follows all safety procedures for operating and cleaning machinery. Performs other appropriate duties assigned by the Executive Chef and/or Manager on Duty Physical Demands and Work Environment Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach.

Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds. Continuous repetitive motions. Work in hot, humid and noisy environment.
