Server Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Set up and clean tables before and after each guest
• Refill water glasses and beverages as needed
• Clear dishes and utensils from tables promptly
• Assist with food preparation and plating as necessary
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Provide support during banquets and special events
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area Skills:
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, servers, and kitchen staff
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure a positive dining experience for guests
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors
