Electrical Engineer – Data Center 📍 Athens, Greece Are you an Electrical Engineer looking to develop your career in a mission-critical environment? Join our Data Center Operations team in Athens and play a key role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and efficiency of critical infrastructure that powers digital services across the region.

As an Electrical Engineer, you will support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and electromechanical systems within a state-of-the-art Data Center. Working closely with the Engineering Operations team, you will help maintain the highest standards of performance, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical electrical infrastructure and associated systems. Troubleshoot equipment and support the resolution of technical incidents. Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively identify potential issues or risks. Support switching operations and maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Coordinate and supervise contractors and external service providers on-site. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents when required. Contribute to energy efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance of large-scale electrical and/or mechanical systems. Strong problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment. Hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Experience in Data Centers, critical facilities, industrial environments, utilities, or similar infrastructure is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
