( if any) Male / Female Expected fill date 01-July-2026 Replacement / Addition Replacement Objective (Purpose with which the position has been created) Qualification Essential Desired BE/BTech-Mech/Auto/Prod Core Knowledge sheet metal fabrication , heavy fabrication, NPIP, SAP Job Description (Detailed description of roles and responsibilities for this job) Should know the sheet metal & heavy fabrication with preferred exposure to Construction Industry/Earth moving industry/ Fabrication process / Costing / Norms Negotiation skill Should know SAP functions Data management & analysis Ability to develop next vendor, new business case & supplier development Knowledge of 5S technique, 8D report, PPAP, ISIR and executing FnF activities Supplier evaluation and assessment Understand the NPIP process and ability to work on stringent project timelines.

Should be conversant with development cycle and lead times Commodity price movement & periodic settlement Experience in managing small projects will be added advantage Good Command over MS office Technical Competencies (Technical abilities & proficiency required for this job) Should be aware on best Industry practices Handling PLM & reading drawings Sheet Metal fabrication process & cost norms Vendors for Sheet metal fabrication/ Painting etc Negotiation skill Control on vendors with technical challenging abilities Good communication & writing skills Other Skills (Alignment with JCB Competencies) Teamwork Ability to work independently.
