Surveyor Trainee

• Learn to operate robotic total stations and data collectors for 3D paving layout

• Assist in creating and managing digital models for construction projects
• Work alongside experienced crews on active job sites
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment and software
• Gain hands-on experience with some of the most advanced paving technology in the industry Full job description will be provided at interviews or upon request.
• Interest in tech, construction, or surveying (experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!)
• Willingness to learn new software and equipment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work outdoors
• Comfortable working 40+ hours/week, including weekends when needed
• Must be 18+, able to pass a drug screen and background check, and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to obtain airport security badge (we’ll guide you through the process)
• Valid driver’s license preferred
