Junior Mechanical Engineer

Summary: The Junior Mechanical Engineer plays a vital role in the design and development of innovative mechanical components for Wobil Technologies’ smart agricultural and engineering solutions. This position is tailored for early-career professionals with 0–2 years of experience, offering hands-on involvement in the full product lifecycle—from conceptual design and CAD modeling to prototyping, testing, and manufacturing support.

By collaborating closely with senior engineers, the Associate contributes to transforming design concepts into reliable, functional systems used in smart farm devices and automation equipment. The role provides a strong foundation for professional growth in product development, mechanical engineering, and industry-driven innovation.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating and modifying mechanical designs using CAD software (e.g., Solid. Works, AutoCAD). Support the prototyping and fabrication of mechanical components under engineering supervision. Participate in testing and evaluation of prototypes to ensure design integrity and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement design improvements.

Maintain accurate documentation of design changes, test results, and project progress. Contribute to manufacturing processes by providing design feedback and ensuring build feasibility.
