The Sign of the Buck is a new restaurant and bar located in the heart of Gettysburg, occupying the first floor of the historic Union Hotel. The newly renovated 100-seat brasserie features a New American menu inspired by French cuisine and showcases produce and meats from local farms as well as an extensive selection of craft cocktails, wine, beer, and other libations.

Front-of-house staff will report directly to the General Manager and the Front-of-House Manager. We are seeking enthusiastic and creative individuals to interact with our patrons in a skillful, friendly, engaged, and informed manner.
