Sign of the Buck is a new restaurant and bar located in the heart of historic Gettysburg, occupying the first floor of the newly renovated Union Hotel. The 100-seat establishment opened July 2023 with a New American menu inspired by French cuisine and featuring produce and meats from local farms as well as extensive selection of wine, craft cocktails, beer, cider, and other libations.

Front-of-house staff will report directly to the General Manager and the Front-of-House Manager. We are seeking enthusiastic and creative individuals to interact with our patrons in a skillful, friendly, engaged, and informed manner Host: $10/hour + Tip outs Requirements: At least 16 years of age

• Preferably 18+ Legally allowed to work in the U.S. Outstanding communication and organizational skills Self-motivated; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Friendly and engaged, with the desire and ability to work as part of a team Maintain uniform, hygiene, and grooming standards and requirements Ensure equipment is used safely and cleaned and maintained properly Adhere to daily and weekly deep-clean schedule Operate with a positive attitude and interact with staff respectfully; lead by example to set and maintain a high level of standards for dining excellence and mutual trust among fellow staff Preferences: Previous hosting experience Familiarity with the Resy reservation system Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Salary $10 - $12 per hour
