Restaurant Front of House

Sign of the Buck is a new restaurant and bar located in the heart of historic Gettysburg, occupying the first floor of the newly renovated Union Hotel. The 100-seat establishment opened in July 2023 with a New American menu inspired by French cuisine and featuring produce and meats from local farms as well as extensive selection of wine, craft cocktails, beer, cider, and other libations.

We are seeking to hire bartenders, servers, hosts, and food runners ahead of opening. Front-of-house staff will report directly to the General Manager and the Front-of-House Manager. We are seeking enthusiastic and creative individuals to interact with our patrons in a skillful, friendly, engaged, and informed manner.
