Senior Customer Relationship Manager - Debt Purchase (Get Set)

The 'Get Set' site is looking for a Senior Customer Relationship Manager who is eager to step up, take on increased responsibility and directly support a Team Performance Manager. In this role, you will balance the rewarding task of coaching, mentoring and technical upskilling of your peers to drive personal and team targets.

You will be a key driver of the team's daily success and champion of the workplace culture. What You’ll Do Act as a frontline coach, helping peers refine their skip-tracing, negotiation and collections strategies Consistently demonstrate ‘best-practice’ collections performance, excellent reliability, and professional floor presence.

Support the Team Performance Manager with performance tracking and technical queries Fostering a positive, high-energy and inclusive team environment and an ambassador of Credit Corp Group’s values What You’ll Need to Succeed Completion of the JUMP Program is desirable Role model behaviour, attitude and willingness to adopt feedback Comprehensive skip tracing and negotiation skills An ambitious attitude A flair for coaching and developing others Alignment to our core business objectives: Commitment to your current role Target performance Compliance A professional and positive ambassador for the Credit Corp Group Actively demonstrate the CCG values Doing the right thing Making it happen Being open and honest Currently working or be willing to transition into a full-time Work From Office site.
