Solution-focused with strong resolution skills. Adaptable and supportive of change and business priorities. Thrives under pressure while managing competing priorities.

Identifies performance gaps and implements effective improvement plans independently Applicants must have completed a minimum of two (2) years in their current TPM or TL role. This is intended to ensure candidates have demonstrated sustained leadership experience and readiness for the role Currently working or be willing to transition into a full-time Work-From-Office site.
