Weekend Day Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Part-Time Location: Staples, Motley, and Pillager, MN About the Role Looking for a meaningful part-time job that fits around your week? Our Weekend Day DSPs work daytime hours supporting adults with disabilities, chronic mental illness, and/or brain injuries in a home setting.
You’ll help create a safe, comfortable home while supporting people with their daily routines, activities, and personal goals. This is a hands-on role where being dependable, patient, and willing to jump in makes a real difference. What You’ll Do Provide support with personal care and daily routines Assist with medications as trained and directed Prepare meals and help with household tasks such as laundry and cleaning Encourage independence and help build everyday life skills Spend time with people in the community through outings, appointments, and activities Follow individual care and support plans Respond appropriately to changes in mood, behavior, or needs Help maintain a safe and comfortable home Complete daily notes and required documentation Communicate important updates with the team Follow Seasons policies and applicable 245D requirements What You’ll Need Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license and good driving record Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS background study Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical duties of the position Basic computer skills Ability to read, write, and complete required documentation Ability to follow individual care plans, company policies, and 245D requirements Weekend Schedule This position is specifically for weekend daytime availability.
Part-Time Day shifts: 7AM–7PM or 9AM–9PM Minimum availability of two 12-hour shifts per two-week pay period required. Holiday availability may be required Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential You’ll Do Well Here If You’re Someone Who...
