We are seeking dependable, organized, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Field Porters/Pantry Porter in Downtown Chicago.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Pay: $22-$25 per hour, based on experience
• Location: Downtown Chicago, IL
• Schedule: Monday-Friday | Morning Shift
• Start Time: 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM
• Job Type: Part-Time
• Work Setting: In-Person

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep pantry areas, kitchens, and storage rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Replenish snacks, beverages, coffee supplies, tea, and other pantry essentials.
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs.
• Clean and maintain coffee machines, water stations, and pantry equipment.
• Organize inventory, label products, and follow FIFO stock rotation.
• Assist with meeting setups, catering, and onsite events.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for employees and clients.
• Remove trash and recycling and ensure service areas meet cleanliness standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in pantry, porter, or food service roles preferred.
• Guest service experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work throughout the day.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain one.
