We're seeking a precise, composed line cook to execute this program alongside the Sous Chef who leads it. This is a role for someone who thrives on detail, timing, and the theater of a plated show. Prepare mise en place accurately to recipe specifications Organize and execute plating across all seven courses, ensuring every detail lands as designed Plate each course with precision and artistry — presentation is the show Hold exacting timing throughout service; the pace is choreographed Adapt confidently to last-minute dietary restrictions and allergen needs Break down station cleanly — properly store leftover mise en place and return all tools Fine dining and banquet experience strongly preferred Strong culinary talent.
