Legal Coordinator (Contracts)

Responsibilities

Manage contracts of all types, ensuring accuracy and compliance; Prepare and analyze public notices, bids, and related documentation; Collaborate closely with the Purchasing team to align legal and business strategies; Provide insights and guidance on diverse legal matters; Advise on general corporate and commercial issues; Oversee data privacy and protection practices; Handle trademarks, patents, and related IP matters; Align legal strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

Experience in automotive industry or reputable law firms; Ability to connect legal insights with strategic business decisions; Solid background in contract management and corporate consulting; Familiarity with data protection regulations and compliance; Experience with trademarks, patents, and IP law; Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken; Location 100% on-site (Rochaverá building - near Shopping Morumbi).
