• Provide day-to-day pastoral support for pupils who need help with engagement and wellbeing.
• Reinforce positive routines, attendance and readiness to learn.
• Offer calm mentoring while maintaining clear professional boundaries.
• Share relevant observations with teaching, pastoral and safeguarding colleagues.

About you

• Experience in education, youth work, mentoring, care or pastoral support is useful.
• You are approachable, consistent and able to build trust professionally.
• You communicate clearly and understand safeguarding responsibilities.
