Learning Support Assistant – Primary School – Tower Hamlets

Senovo is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a welcoming specialist education setting in Tower Hamlets. This is a consistent, pupil-focused opportunity for someone who wants to make a practical difference while working as part of an experienced school team. The role

• Support pupils in class, individually and in small groups.
• Help deliver communication, literacy, numeracy and curriculum activities.
• Encourage engagement, positive routines and growing independence.
• Work closely with the class teacher and wider SEN team.

About you

• Experience in SEN schools, education, childcare, care or youth support is welcomed.
• You are patient, dependable and able to follow individual support plans.
• You communicate clearly and understand safeguarding responsibilities.
