Senovo is recruiting a PMLD Support Assistant for a welcoming specialist education setting in Kingston upon Thames. This is a consistent, pupil-focused opportunity for someone who wants to make a practical difference while working as part of an experienced school team. The role

• Support pupils with complex learning, communication and sensory needs.
• Assist with personalised classroom activities, mobility and daily routines.
• Work alongside teachers, therapists and care colleagues.
• Promote dignity, engagement, independence and positive participation.

About you

• Experience in SEN, education, care or support work is welcomed.
• You are patient, observant and comfortable providing practical support.
• You can follow individual plans and safeguarding procedures consistently.
