Behaviour Mentor – Alternative Provision – Bexley – Immediate Start

Senovo is recruiting a Behaviour Mentor for a welcoming specialist education setting in Bexley. This is a consistent, pupil-focused opportunity for someone who wants to make a practical difference while working as part of an experienced school team. The role

• Build positive, professional relationships with pupils who need consistent adult support.
• Help pupils regulate emotions, follow routines and re-engage with learning.
• Use calm de-escalation and agreed behaviour-support strategies.
• Work closely with teaching, pastoral and safeguarding colleagues.

About you

• Experience in schools, youth work, mentoring, care or behaviour support is useful.
• You are calm, reliable and confident maintaining clear professional boundaries.
• You communicate well and respond thoughtfully to challenging situations.
