- WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR / WAREHOUSE MANAGER Job Description: Supervise warehouse operations: inbound, storage, sorting, and outbound in compliance with SOPs. Handle B2B/B2C orders and prepare inventory and in/out reports. Monitor system alerts, resolve backlogs and operational issues. Coordinate with internal departments and respond to customer requests. Propose improvements and participate in Lean optimization projects.
Requirements
College degree or higher in Logistics, Import-Export, Economics, or related fields. 1-2 years of experience in logistics/warehouse operations. Solid knowledge of warehouse processes; proficient in ERP/OMS/WMS systems. Good communication, coordination, and basic project management skills.
