Business Agent/Courier Rider

Position: Business Agent/Courier Rider Work Location: Paranaque | Cebu | Davao | Manila Responsibilities: Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.

Accepting payments for delivered items. Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients. Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules. Familiar in transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

Requirements

Valid "Professional" Driver's License At least 1 year experience in express delivery. Strong time management and customer service skills. Attention to detail. With own motorcycle (ORCR under your name) and Android phone Motorcycle displacement at least 125 cc Working knowledge on Metro Manila Area
