- INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDING SALES Job Description: Develop new customers to achieve sales, revenue, and volume targets; expand the customer base across trade lanes. Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities. Conduct at least 10 client visits per week and report weekly sales pipeline. Lead business projects, strategy execution, and monitor results. Support accounts receivable collection and coordinate with other departments to achieve company goals.
Requirements
College degree or above, knowledge of international trade, transportation, and relevant laws. Fluent in English or Chinese; minimum 2 years of logistics sales experience. Strong communication and teamwork skills. ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER Job Description: Prepare, issue, and track debit notes and invoices according to contracts/pricing. Coordinate with KA Team and operations to confirm services/deliveries before invoicing. Record revenue in the system following VAS/IFRS 15. Manage contract data, pricing, surcharges, and discounts; synchronize with BMS/TMS/WMS systems. Monitor receivables, send reminders, and follow up on customer payments. Prepare periodic AR reports and propose collection actions. Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
College/University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. 2-3 years of AR experience, preferably in logistics. Honest, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure; knowledge of Chinese is a plus. Other Information: Location: Hanoi

- PRICING SPECIALIST Job Description: Prepare, input, and reconcile quotes from carriers, surcharges, and origin/destination fees. Manage tariffs, update RFQ/Tiers, and maintain accurate online pricing. Analyze price variances, simulate adjustments for multi-round tenders. Use RFQ/Tender systems, follow processes, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and IT.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in RFQ/Tender/Pricing within logistics or shipping lines. Strong understanding of AFR/OFR costs, surcharges, and profit margin mechanisms. - KEY ACCOUNT OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE Job Description: Receive and process routing orders; verify shipping instructions with offices/foreign agents. Coordinate export customs clearance, booking, GP data entry, and job number creation. Check HBL/MBL, send pre-alerts, track shipments, and report to customers.
