The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all guest-facing operations, ensuring that every aspect of a guest’s stay is seamless, memorable, and exceeds expectations. This includes managing complex requests, coordinating with lodge departments, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional, personalised service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their needs Manage and coordinate guest activities, special requests, and unique experiences Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and high-profile visitors Mentor and guide junior concierge staff, ensuring consistent service excellence Collaborate with lodge management and other departments to ensure smooth operations Maintain meticulous records and schedules to guarantee seamless service delivery Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and hospitality Requirements: Strong experience in luxury hospitality environments Proven background in senior guest-facing or concierge roles Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills Passion for personalised service and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-end environment Positive, professional, and proactive approach to guest service This role offers a rare opportunity to work in a breathtaking safari lodge, creating unforgettable experiences for guests while leading a high-performing concierge team.
