Now Hiring: Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – Weekend On Call We are currently seeking compassionate, well-trained RNs with at least one year of hospice experience to join our team. Specific coverage areas will be discussed during the interview process.

Your Role

• Assess patients' conditions and initiate individualized care plans. * Re-evaluate and update care plans based on evolving patient needs. *Educate patients, families, and caregivers with compassion and clarity. * Monitor for changes in physical and emotional well-being and report to the interdisciplinary team. * Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure top-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license for both Missouri and Kansas * Minimum of 2 years of clinical RN experience (Required) * At least 1 year of prior hospice experience (Required) *Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation * Current CPR certification, or ability to obtain before hire If you have a passion for hospice care and want to make a meaningful impact, apply today!
