Senior Implementation Consultant – Vista

As a Senior Vista Implementation Consultant, you will support contractors deploying and optimizing Trimble Viewpoint Vista as part of their broader Construction One strategy. This role focuses on advanced system configuration, integrations, customizations, and process redesign for established contractors with complex operational and financial requirements.

You will work across accounting, project management, field operations, executive leadership, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Vista solutions. What You’ll Do Lead implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects for Vista customers. Conduct advanced requirements and discovery workshops with accounting, project management, field operations, executive leadership, and other key stakeholders.

Configure workflows, security, custom fields, financial structures, and integrations based on customer requirements. Support complex data migration, testing, and system validation. Deliver in-depth functional training across departments and user groups. Recommend best practices for scaling construction ERP processes across a connected technology ecosystem.

Work closely with customer IT teams on APIs, reporting, and integration management. Translate complex business and technical requirements into practical, scalable system configurations. Identify implementation risks, dependencies, and customer needs throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout each implementation.

Collaborate with internal teams to support successful adoption and long-term customer success. Work Environment & Additional Information This position is based remotely within the United States. The role requires regular interaction with clients and internal teams through video conferencing, email, project management platforms, and onsite engagements as needed.

Travel may be required for customer implementations, training, meetings, or company events.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For Advanced experience with Trimble Viewpoint Vista or another construction ERP platform. Strong understanding of construction financial processes, job cost structures, workflows, and reporting. Experience supporting complex ERP implementations, upgrades, optimization initiatives, or system redesign.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable system configurations. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to facilitate requirements discussions across accounting, project management, operations, leadership, and IT teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple implementation projects, priorities, and deadlines. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with customers and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Direct experience implementing or administering Trimble Viewpoint Vista. Experience with integrations, SQL queries, Vista reporting tools, or workflow design. Experience with construction accounting, financial systems, or ERP process design. Experience integrating Vista with other systems or applications within a connected construction technology environment.

Compensation

& Contract Terms Anticipated consulting rate: $147 - $171.50 per hour, depending on experience, Vista expertise, project requirements, and scope of work. Actual hours and duration will vary based on client demand and assigned engagements. Specific project scope, scheduling expectations, travel requirements, and other engagement terms will be established as part of the applicable consulting agreement.
