Automotive BDC / Internet Sales Representative The Thompson Organization | Earn Up to $85,000 Per Year! The Thompson Organization is expanding our Business Development Center (BDC) / Internet Sales Department , and we’re looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team! No experience necessary — we’re willing to train the right person!

Earn up to $85,000 per year while building a rewarding career with Thompson! Schedule Full-time position Rotating evenings and most Saturdays Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer communications by phone, email, text, and CRM. Respond promptly to internet leads and customer inquiries. Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.

Build rapport with customers and identify their vehicle needs. Follow dealership processes to maximize appointment show rates and sales opportunities. Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM. Work closely with the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Meet individual performance goals and department metrics.

Qualifications

No automotive or BDC experience required — we will train the right candidate! Previous automotive sales or BDC experience is a plus. Strong communication, phone, and customer service skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer proficiency. FOCUS CRM experience is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. A team-first mentality and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
