Project Manager Associate

Summary Youth Action Lead Liberia is currently seeking a dedicated Project Officer to facilitate the on-the-ground execution, coordination, and oversight of organizational initiatives. This position is essential for monitoring progress, tracking key deliverables, and fostering direct engagement with local partners. The successful candidate will play a critical role in aggregating field data and guaranteeing that all project activities adhere to established quality standards within the targeted communities.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the daily implementation of field work plans to ensure all community-based activities are executed according to schedule. Coordinate stakeholder gatherings by preparing agendas, leading discussions, and recording comprehensive minutes along with follow-up action items. Gather, organize, and refine field data and beneficiary feedback to strengthen monitoring and evaluation processes.

Compose initial status reports, summaries of events, and regular field updates for internal organizational review. Provide logistical assistance for site inspections, the distribution of resources, and the management of community-level events.
