Project Assistant Summary This position supports the full lifecycle of project execution, ensuring that all initiatives align with organizational objectives and client needs. The Project Assistant plays a vital role in drafting detailed work plans and budgets, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and maintaining clear communication channels among engineering teams, site supervisors, and external vendors.

By coordinating daily activities and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, the assistant guarantees transparent progress reporting and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing comprehensive project schedules and financial budgets to guide execution. Support the cultivation of productive client relationships and facilitate coordination meetings on-site. Coordinate collaborative efforts between engineers, site foremen, and supply chain partners. Monitor project milestones and assist in compiling detailed weekly status reports.

Help enforce adherence to established quality assurance and safety regulations.
