PMO Analyst

Job Description Company: Sigitek Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Experience: Fresher / Recent Post-Graduate Key Responsibilities Maintain project trackers, status reports, and project documentation. Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and follow up on action items. Coordinate with internal teams to track project progress and deadlines.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports. Schedule client meetings and coordinate project-related discussions. Give product demos and presentations to clients and explain key features and benefits. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable solutions. Follow up with clients regarding demos, feedback, and next steps.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word. Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Confidence in interacting with clients and delivering product demos. Willingness to learn project management processes and IT solutions. Eligibility Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Commerce, or a related field.
