The Role At infiniteVIU, customer work is everything.

As a (Senior) Project Manager at infiniteVIU, you will lead the successful delivery of RELEX software projects, from initial implementation to continuous service and long-term value development. You will manage project teams, coordinate internal and customer stakeholders, and ensure measurable business impact.

Your role

will combine project management, strategic guidance, and operational execution. You will act as a trusted partner to our clients, guiding them through complex supply chain transformations and helping them unlock the full value of their RELEX solution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead RELEX software implementation projects end-to-end Own project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Ensure project profitability and accurate reporting Create and execute communication plans, including steering group meetings Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders Ensure all stakeholders are adequately informed internally and externally Drive measurable value for clients through implementation and continuous service activities Manage project scope, change requests, risks, and issues Organize and facilitate workshops, trainings, and project meetings, ensuring follow-ups and documentation Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes What You Bring 5+ years of experience in project management for IT system implementations, ideally in supply chain, retail, or FMCG/CPG sectors Proven track record of delivering multiple successful projects SaaS experience and understanding of SCM systems from both business and IT perspectives Previous responsibility for enterprise-scale software projects Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Strong time, task, and budget management skills High sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency to resolve issues Ability to travel up to 30% Fluent in English (German or other European languages are a plus) What We Consider a Plus Experience in continuous service and long-term value development for customers Familiarity with GenAI, RELEX Agents, or advanced analytics Background with Tier 1 retailers or consulting experience with retail clients Familiarity with space & assortment, pricing & promotions, or workforce management processes What We Offer Work with a highly skilled, motivated, and international team Early responsibility and impact across implementation, continuous service, and value development Exposure to cutting-edge topics such as GenAI and RELEX Agents Modern, flexible, and entrepreneurial work environment Regular co-working with international colleagues in different European cities Competitive compensation and career development opportunities How to Apply If you are excited to drive impactful software projects and shape the future of supply chain consulting, we would love to hear from you.
