The Role At infiniteVIU, customer work is everything.

As a (Senior) Supply Chain Consultant, you will drive holistic change for our customers beyond technology, helping their teams work smarter, adopt new ways of working, and realize measurable business results. You will work closely with international clients (US, Germany, and across Europe), get to know them deeply, build long-term partnerships, and co-create solutions and offerings over time.

You will support customer organizations to get the best out of RELEX, combining consulting expertise, analytical insights, and strategic thinking. This role also offers exciting opportunities to shape our AI-driven offerings, be an early AI adopter, and build innovative solutions on top of and within RELEX.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support RELEX implementation projects across supply chain domains such as demand forecasting, replenishment, and inventory optimization Translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations Support and drive continuous service activities, ensuring stable operations and ongoing system improvements Identify and deliver value development opportunities, helping customers unlock additional business impact over time Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer goals and guiding their teams to adopt best practices Work with international clients and co-create offerings that deliver measurable business outcomes Conduct data analysis and KPI evaluation to monitor performance and propose actionable improvements Explore and implement GenAI use cases and RELEX Agents to improve automation and decision support What You Bring 2 - 7+ years of experience in supply chain consulting, retail, or business analytics Strong understanding of supply chain processes (forecasting, replenishment, inventory management) Experience in software implementation projects (requirements gathering, process design, testing, training) Passion for working closely with customers and driving measurable business results Interest in and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions and innovations Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Fluent in English (German or other European languages are a plus) Willingness to travel when required What We Consider a Plus Experience with RELEX or similar supply chain planning tools Background in grocery, retail, FMCG, or CPG industries Familiarity with space & assortment, pricing & promotions, or workforce management processes Experience in continuous service or application management Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and co-create solutions Hands-on experience with GenAI, AI Agents, or intelligent automation What We Offer Collaborate with a highly skilled, motivated, and international team on cutting-edge projects Early responsibility and impactful work across implementation, continuous service, and value development Opportunities to co-create AI-driven solutions and innovative consulting offerings Modern, flexible, and entrepreneurial work environment Regular co-working with international colleagues in different European cities Competitive compensation and career development opportunities How to Apply If you are excited about shaping the future of supply chain consulting, building long-term partnerships, and exploring AI-driven innovations, we would love to hear from you.
