The Role At infiniteVIU, customer work is everything.

As Team Lead for Professional Services in the DACH region, you will lead a multi-disciplinary delivery team of Supply Chain Consultants, Technical Consultants, and Project Managers serving our German, Austrian, and Swiss customers. You combine people leadership with delivery oversight, balancing team growth, utilization, and profitability with hands-on involvement in customer work when it matters most.

You will be the delivery backbone of infiniteVIU in DACH, working closely with company leadership to shape how we staff, deliver, and continuously improve our services across RELEX implementations, continuous service, and value development. You are close to the customer, close to your team, and close to the commercial outcome.

This is a role for someone who loves building things: building teams, building delivery excellence, and building long-term customer partnerships in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional Professional Services team across supply chain, technical, and project management disciplines Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development as the team scales Foster a culture of delivery excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning Act as first point of escalation for your team on both project challenges and personal development Delivery & Operations Oversee the portfolio of DACH customer engagements, ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction Own resource planning, staffing, and utilization across the team Monitor delivery KPIs and take action early to keep projects on track Work closely with Project Managers and Customer Success Managers to identify and resolve delivery risks Contribute to the standardization of consulting methodologies and delivery best practices across infiniteVIU Customer & Commercial Contribution Stay close to customer work, engaging directly on complex RELEX engagements when needed Represent infiniteVIU in customer steering groups and strategic reviews in the region Support sales and presales activities for DACH opportunities, including scoping and estimation Contribute to service innovations and AI-driven offerings relevant to the DACH market What You Bring 7+ years of experience in supply chain consulting, software implementation, or professional services delivery Proven people leadership experience: you have led, coached, or built delivery teams and enjoyed doing it Strong track record in SaaS / enterprise software implementation projects, ideally in the DACH market Solid understanding of supply chain processes and the RELEX ecosystem (or comparable SCM platforms) Comfortable balancing team, delivery, and commercial KPIs such as utilization, margin, and customer satisfaction Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across seniority levels Fluent in German and English Based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, with willingness to travel within the region as required What We Consider a Plus Hands-on experience with RELEX or similar supply chain planning platforms Background in grocery, retail, FMCG, or CPG industries Experience running mixed functional and technical delivery teams Existing network within the DACH retail and supply chain community Exposure to continuous service and value development operating models Familiarity with GenAI, RELEX Agents, or intelligent automation Entrepreneurial mindset: you are energized by building something in a fast-growing company What We Offer A mandate to shape and lead infiniteVIU’s Professional Services delivery in the DACH region Direct impact on company strategy, culture, and growth Collaboration with a highly skilled, international team on cutting-edge supply chain projects Opportunities to co-create AI-driven offerings at the frontier of RELEX consulting Modern, flexible, and entrepreneurial working environment Regular co-working with international colleagues in different European cities Competitive compensation and genuine career development opportunities How to Apply If this role sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
