Associate Clinician

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, or group counseling using trauma-informed, evidence-based, and holistic approaches Collaborate with clients to create and implement treatment plans tailored to their goals Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and ethical standards Participate in clinical supervision, consultation, and team meetings Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team culture focused on growth and professional development Engage in occasional community outreach, wellness workshops, or educational events representing Metanoia Counseling Qualifications Required: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Active LPC-Associate, or LMSW license in Texas Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to ethical practice and trauma-informed care Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting Preferred: Experience with integrative or holistic therapeutic modalities Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems (Thera.
