Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day operations and upkeep for all properties Performing repairs, installations, and maintenance Coordinating contractors, service providers, and project logistics when needed Tracking timelines, budgets, and materials for ongoing projects Ensuring each site runs efficiently, safely, and professionally Supporting the owner with business, property, and household projects Handling operational and project information with professionalism and discretion Qualifications Required: Hands-on experience in property maintenance, construction, or trades Strong organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently Preferred: Experience managing or maintaining multiple properties Knowledge of contractor coordination, scheduling, and budgeting Bilingual (English/Spanish) Benefits & Growth Opportunities Flexible scheduling Opportunities for expanded responsibilities as operations grow Supportive, wellness-centered work culture Salary $18 - $25 per hour
