Customer Success Manager – Generative AI SaaS We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing generative AI startup working at the cutting edge of B2B marketing. You’ll be the driving force behind onboarding, engagement, and long-term success for a growing portfolio of enterprise customers. What You’ll Do: Own and manage the onboarding journey for new customers—getting them live, active, and seeing ROI fast Run regular check-ins and QBRs to maintain engagement and drive renewals Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve customer problems and influence roadmap decisions Tailor onboarding to each customer’s needs and ensure product adoption stays strong across the first 90 days Partner with sales to refine ICP and shape the go-to-market motion What You Bring: 3+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success , ideally in sales or marketing tech Experience working directly with marketing leaders (CMOs, demand gen, product marketing) Proven track record owning renewals, QBRs , and driving product adoption A customer-first mindset with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills Passion for the startup pace, autonomy, and building systems that scale This is your chance to work with a top-tier team in one of the most exciting spaces in SaaS—AI-powered personalization at scale.
