Job description
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand hair needs and recommend suitable styles, cuts, and treatments based on hair type, face shape, and lifestyle.
- Perform hair cutting, trimming, layering, fades, and texturizing for all genders and ages.
- Style hair using blow-drying, flat ironing, curling, updos, braiding, and natural hair techniques.
- Apply hair color, highlights, balayage, ombre, toning, and perform color correction using correct mixing ratios and safety procedures.
- Carry out chemical treatments including relaxers, perms, keratin, protein treatments, and texturizers.
- Assess scalp and hair condition and provide deep conditioning, steam treatments, and scalp care services.
- Install and maintain braids, weaves/sew-ins, wigs, crochet, and locs.
