After-sales Spare Parts Manager

Job Requirements Education & Major Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, Automotive, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred. Role Focus Responsible for the after-sales spare parts business in Thailand, including demand planning, logistics and customs clearance, warehousing, and spare parts center development.

Work Experience 3+ years of experience in automotive spare parts, supply chain, or logistics management; experience in overseas spare parts operations for Chinese automotive brands preferred.

Requirements

Familiar with automotive spare parts business, import/export logistics, and customs clearance processes; capable of supplier and warehouse management; good command of English and/or Thai.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for after-sales spare parts demand forecasting, ordering plans, and supply assurance in Thailand. Conduct research on Thailand's spare parts market demand, regulations, and logistics/customs clearance requirements to promote compliant spare parts operations. Coordinate the entire process of spare parts import, transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution.

Participate in the planning and construction of the central spare parts warehouse/PDI warehousing system, and optimize inventory mix and turnover efficiency. Track spare parts order fulfillment, on-time supply rate, and parts shortage issues, and drive closed-loop resolution of exceptions. Collaborate with HQ, logistics, and dealers to improve spare parts supply capability and customer service levels.
