Health Club Tech Therapist (On Call)

Summary: The Health Club Tech Therapist is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by greeting clients and preparing them for spa treatments. This role requires maintaining client confidentiality and professionalism while performing soft tissue and joint massages. The position also ensures the spa environment remains pleasant, clean, and safe in accordance with company standards.

This is a commission-based role.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner, conduct pre-treatment consultations, and prepare guests for personalized spa services. Perform a variety of massage treatments in accordance with guest preferences, service standards, and established treatment protocols. Monitor guest comfort and satisfaction throughout each service, adjusting techniques as appropriate to ensure an exceptional spa experience.

Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment, linens, and supplies meet presentation and operational standards. Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and licensing requirements to maintain a safe, hygienic, and professional spa environment. Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy All other duties as assigned Ex perience/Qualifications: Minimum one year of experience in a spa or wellness environment is required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent guest service. Excellent attention to detail skills. Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A Florida Massage Therapist License is required.
